The principals of Kingdom Venture Partners have all been part of established companies as well
as startups and have launched and operated their own companies. As such we have a
profound admiration and respect for entrepreneurs and for the challenges they face
in growing their companies, raising capital, and attracting top tier management and
Board members. We have dealt with many and perhaps most of the problems commonly faced
by entrepreneurs-and as such, can provide practical advice and a frame of reference
borne out by personal experience. The most important elements and ingredients in
forming or building a relationship with us are trust, candor, leadership, vision,
teamwork, innovation, integrity, intelligence, passion, enthusiasm, chemistry,
confidence, character, clarity, conciseness, and communication. We prefer to work
with serial entrepreneurs who have one or more successes under their belt,
but will on rare occasion consider investing in first time entrepreneurs.
We believe that every deal is different and stands or falls on its own merits.
We understand the need for timely decisions for the companies we evaluate, and
long-term commitment for the companies we invest in. We require unanimous
approval from all of our principals before offering a term sheet to a prospective
portfolio company.
